You may return eligible items within **7 days** of the delivery or purchase date. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
## 3-Return conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Item is free from damage caused by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

## 4-Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards and store credits
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Services that have already been fully rendered
## 5-How to return an item
1. **Contact us**— Submit a return request to our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. **Receive approval**— We will review your request and send return instructions within 3 business days. Do not ship items back without approval.
3. **Pack and ship**— Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
4. **Confirmation**— Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days.

If the return is not approved (item does not meet conditions), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
