    Yes, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — please use the return process instead. See our Cancellation Policy.
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
    Digital products once accessed, gift cards, personalized items, perishables, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. For the full list, please see our Return Policy.
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

    First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your building reception. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate.
