# Cancellation Policy

## 1-Overview

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you may cancel an order, subscription, or service booking with nika2u.com, and what to expect after a cancellation is processed.

## 2-Order cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our [Return Policy](https://web.nika2u.com/return-policy) instead.

## 3-Subscription cancellations

If you are subscribed to any recurring service or membership on nika2u.com:

-   You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
-   Cancellation takes effect at the **end of the current billing period** — you retain access until then.
-   No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
-   You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

## 4-Service or appointment cancellations

For booked services or appointments, the following notice periods apply:

| More than 48 hours | Full refund or free reschedule |
| 24–48 hours | 50% refund or reschedule (once) |
| Less than 24 hours or no-show | No refund — full charge applies |

## 5-How to cancel

1.  **Log in to your account**— Go to your order or subscription history and select the item you wish to cancel.
2.  **Submit a request**— Use the cancellation option available, or contact our support team directly with your order or booking number.
3.  **Receive confirmation**— We will confirm your cancellation by email within 1–2 business days.
4.  **Refund issued**— If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## 6-Cancellations by nika2u.com

We reserve the right to cancel an order or service in the following situations:

-   Item is out of stock or no longer available
-   Pricing or listing error identified after purchase
-   Payment could not be verified or was declined
-   Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation

In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and a **full refund** will be issued to your original payment method.

## 7-Refunds after cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are processed as follows:

-   Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
-   Processing time is typically **5–10 business days**, depending on your bank or payment provider.
-   A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

## 8-Non-cancellable items

The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

-   Digital products or downloads that have already been accessed
-   Custom or personalized orders that have entered production
-   Gift cards and promotional vouchers
-   Services that have already been fully rendered
